I place my order on Lazada on 1st Oct, parcel arrive at LEX local branch since 4th Oct, until today no update at all, i call Lazada to get their contact number or their location in Johor Bahru, funny thing is Lazada told me they don't have their contact number and location is unknown as well, seriously?! when i bought my item on 1st Oct, is stated will arrive on 3-6th, so i call Lazada on 7th, they said will arrive 7-9th, so i wait again, i call them back again on 10th, they said will arrive 12th this time, i wait but now it's still no update at all, they said LEX reply them through their email, so i ask them to inform LEX to contact me, but still no sign at all!!
Lex contact number and location is unknown, how can i contact them to sort out my issue? anyone have their contact number please?
I have encounter similar problem as well.
First launch a lazada report, then report to KPDNKK.
In your report for KPDNKK, put lazada address as the HQ address
Lazada Malaysia HQ:
E-cart Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd
Level 22, Menara Worldwide, Jalan Bukit Bintang,
55100, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
It will be diverted to KPDNKK KL branch, i noticed that they handle case better and do actually contact lazada regarding this.
With report file on KPDNKK, they will speed up the process.
Do not forget to ask for compensation voucher or sorry voucher. Can ask for RM20 above due to delay. You can mentioned that item is intended for birthday present, now over estimated time, you need to hunt for new present, and yet the item arrived late, need to do alot of thing. So compensation to your misfortune and trouble.
Recently just did few report on KPDNKK on lazada. Hope this will help u
