Already ruled that out. Downloaded the iso 2 times and done directly install to usb stick using media creation tool (latest). Same problem IMO.

Just to note on some errors I encountered
- 0x80072EE2, "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (web proxy) is not responding" (It's a fresh install. Checking on ipv4/6 all were set to automatic by default)

- Steam Needs to Be Online to Update (this is from steam. Apparently Megasync app also gotten hit by this too. Haven't tried other programs that were affected by this)
