Thanks, after asking some of my friends finally got my answer, so I went with Citibank for my withdraws to Maybank, btw it seems like our bank wasn't getting trained enough to answer banking knowledge, all they do is keep telling me there's no such thing 

Anyway, got my funds next business day, quite fast.
