Aiya no need to root or emulator la, just buy a new phone with a better GPU. Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S8 can support 60fps. Don't know Galaxy S6 can or not. If you notice, his phone is not even powerful enough, can't stay consistent at 60fps, keep dropping. Even the video record itself YouTube recognized as 48fps only lol.
