To be a hardcore fan of one club is one thing, but to despise another even when the club has proved it time and time again (not referring to any club) is another altogether. The blue of Merseyside might be appearing in the champions league next season at the expense of some "great team". Everyone would write Liverpool off as a "not-so-great" team as of now but they were still great team once upon a time. Give credit where it deserves and this time, its not on the red of the Merseyside and certainly they are not so great now.
