Mate, i gave up on them a long time ago. They just wouldn't get it. It's not just about the glory and wins, it's also about the camaraderie among fellow fans. I'd go as far as saying that they are short-changing themselves as they are missing the whole experience of supporting a team.

Been through all of that. It will be a struggle as like aw13 said, it'll be hard to please everyone. But the atmosphere of watching a match with a bunch of screaming fellow supporters is addictive.
