Panther users in Seremban?

I just got an iSight from eBay that is working on an XP machine but not OSX 10.4.8.
I ran across a forum thread that says you can't use an external iSight on Tiger unless it's firmware has been updated on Panther - the 1.0.3 update won't run from Tiger. Is anyone in Seremban or around using Panther? I'll buy you lunch for letting me update my iSight firmware from your Panther machine  Thanks!
