Good day sifus, Any one can help as i just installed Unifi last week, i have no problem on surfting nets, youtube, streaming and downloads on browser. IM having a issue where i cant update my Steam & Blizzard games. Contacted TM 100 they say no problem on their side and it must be on the STEAM / Blizzard side. I tried to connect to my hp data and connect to steam, and it works (i can download & update those games thru data) which means not my laptop firewall or antivirus problem. So im thinking that the problem comes from the Unifi router (NETIS - Model no - DL4480V) Anyone can help me with this? TQsm

I'm fairly good with computers, you can bash anything freely ) That software seems like shows my local pc connections. How would that help to identify something is being blocked by Unifi? My story is: I was out of Malaysia since August. Last week back, and my internet was down. Unifi support came and changed 5 year old modem to new one (to 2 in one: router and wifi) So I'm back online, but cant update steam games and even login to it. If I change to my Digi Hotspot, updates start working. After switching to unifi (cable connection) I stay online in steam as i have logged in using Digi. And can play games without issue. Now my confusion is it because of new router or Unifi block steam updated for everyone?

I bet you can't. If I'm correct, means the DNS resolved may be different. hence, use the curports and see the remote IP connected. Compare the 2 i.e. digi , unifi.
