other companies delay such information, eg waze. However, perhaps the rating can be remain delay/hidden but counted as well.

The star system is subjective. I always gave 5 anyway. Should ask 3 question.
1) Driver arrived within 5 mins. Yes/No (Yes automatically 1 star)
2) Is driver safe in driving. Yes/No (yes. automatically 2 star)
3) Is Driver polite. Yes/No (Yes. automatically 2 star)
