Albon is gone

People can say MV is brilliant in the wet but at the end LH again showed who is the true  master of the wet in this current generation by managing his tires well hence saving a pit stop and yet still driving faster than anyone else. Shout out to SP also who did the same but just not as brilliant enough to beat the true king. Again showing that he is more deserving to be on the grid next year and on a more competitive car too. It's a travesty is he ends up even just at a lowly team like Haas.

On a side note CL actually did a brilliant race until the last 3 corners and lost the podium. Lesson should be learnt again for him. Good job by SV that for once he upstaged his less experienced team mate, hopefully that picks up his fighting spirit for next year.

Actually he could have won it if he had been a bit more patient behind Perez to pass him. He will need to learn from this race if he wants to even reach almost similar level of greatness like LH. He still has time on his hands but if he is thinking of matching LH's records, his time might be slowly be running out too.

A lot of fans asking back for Sepang tho. Doubt will see that happen.

Naah, gifted podium, totally outclassed by Perez. He should be demoted to AT to make way for Perez. Then Kvyat should be kicked out.

Yeah Sainz eventhough never looks stellar, he keeps improving with his race craft. Kvyat keeps getting worse but to be honest if Albon demoted to AT, I am not sure he would do better than Kvyat also.

He is just 2/100ths behind VB, a very good effort! I hope he will beat VB to win the race.

See, Ham and Merc will not be so easy to beat! Shows why they're 7 times champ. But this is exciting,  cuz RB is proven faster so we will have a good fight for the title.

Well not me, I am actually quite pleased cuz the race was close where you got the faster car chasing. I want a close fight and we have it now! I agree LH deserves the win because he did defend well and barely able to keep the pace on old tires.
Merc strategy on point to gain track position but RB strategy was probably the fastest strategy for pure time laps and they were confident to catch which was true also. Just that couldn't manage to pass, maybe is they pit 1 lap earlier might be different. Bit passing LH especially on the outside will not be easy because he is one of if not the best late brakers, so good defense by him.

Easy for LH is not necessarily easy for VB! At that point VB was already strugling and thats why GR had the chance to overtake to begin with. If GR did manage to pass,  I don't think VB would be able to repass him.

I don't think Max would win even if they matched Mercedes. It is very apparent Mercedes is still much better on medium. Lewis tyres were only 4 laps younger but he's so much faster on them compared to Max. Even Max is telling his engineer that is crazy how much grip the Mercedes is generating when Lewis reels Max in after the first stop.
The soft wouldn't last even for RB. That isn't so hard to understand. Haven't you felt this since last year? Soft only for early part of the race. Mediums and Hards for later.

Yes that race is a perfect example how RB and MV needs SP to be right up there so that Mercs cannot pull off such strategy.
