Btw I saw the analysis from Karun Chandok, Ferrari is really losing alm that time on the straights, as much as 0.3sec just in 1 straight! The chassis itself is actually slightly faster and making up grounds up to a tenth in the corners but the engine loses so much ground on the straight so in total they lose roughly a second compared to last year's car.

If he is just lucky how come his team mate is nowhere near him and was spinning like a tabletop 6 times otw to being overlapped?? Give credit where it's due man, no matter how gentle the Merc is, at the end you see he was practically driving on bald slick like tires for many laps towards the end and that takes special skill that only the very few genius can do. Remember Senna's few heroic drives like in Donington where he switched to slick while track still wet then blitzed the field! In that respect, LH drive was almost like that level.
Yeah for sure, and he needs to average like 7-9 wins per year!
