Its a fia superlicense. If get 12 points, it is an automatic 1 race ban.

If fia consider a driver that drive too dangerously like causing a collision, ignoring yellow flags, or even driving too fast under the safety car they will get a penalty point.

The penalty point has an expiry date after a year if I'm not mistaken.

Currently lando has the most penalty point. 8 or 10 I think.

If you listened to Jenson Button's commentary, he said that intermediate tyres have graining phase.
Similar to Leclerc when Lewis was charging him, he struggled, but after a few laps he cleared the graining he regained the grip.

I wonder if the outcome would change had Max kept his 1 lap old hard tires. Lewis had some luck this race, survived 2 incidents with his front wing.

I think LH will continue cuz he wants to break the record. He will retire once he achieved that or at some point when he knows he cannot anymore if the car is not competitive.

Plus the tail wind that push MV off track! Lol

Feel sorry for CL though but this is good result for the championship fight for neutral fans like me otherwise CL will be further ahead again.
