Shd hv let CL run for another few laps like how LH n MV stay outside

Rly inconsistent judgement from steward. SV no touch with LH in canada but got penalty. This race MV bang CL out but no penalty.

For me, this incident is same like what happened to Schumacher n villeneuve in 1997 when schmacher bang villeneuve out.
