Anyway I'm rooting for him to overhaul VB for 2nd at the end of the season and I hope he can finally get his pole this year.

First of all, the circuit needs gravel traps like today. A couple of them got beached. Secondly they need unpredictable weather like Brazil, Hockenheim, Malaysia, etc. Lastly they need to get rid of the fame circuit designer. His design may be a real test for car but also become a problem when cars having trouble following each other for a prolonged period of time. I think most of his designs are rubbish for wheel to wheel racing except Malaysia where the 2 long straights really provide a lot of overtaking plus our very own unpredictable weather.

Maybe for traditionally boring tracks, they really should just put sprinklers on them and purposely schedule a wet race! It's like rally whereby some events are purposely selected for snow/mud/rocky tracks. I think that can be good for the show and force drivers to hone their skills in the wet. Maybe for starters, schedule just 4-5 tracks like that.
