rules and regulations are important but F1 is a race driving around track in cars that does 300km/h+..they know the danger they understand the danger but forcing so much safety rules the point of racing become pointless

I think the new argument is that, vettel have the right to defend because the stewards have deemed him 'already got the car under control' thus invalidating the 'unsafe rejoining'. But yeah, agree with you, this happen in about 2 sec, no way you can possibly calculate all the outcome of each decision, so you must commit to one.
