From the video, it looks like MV just refused to turn the steering until later, so purposely pushing wide but he surely braked very late. Judging from the video, MV should be penalized for pushing another competitor wide but there was actually no contact happening hence that's where the grey area is. If there was contact, I think he will surely be penalized. Any how at the end of the day, it's mute point cuz LH still able to pass later to win. A 5 sec time penalty will still also keep MV in 2nd, only adds some penalty points on MV.

It's Outcone #3, coz LH overshot the end of straight, there's no way he can overtake that,  they did not touch each other pun.

Fuyoh, now MV, Bottas and saintz could suffer grid penalties because of the ignorance of the yellow flag incident.
