How to send paper docs without folding

Tried this so many times, wrote on the envelope in large bold letters in read "DO NOT FOLD JANGAN LIPAT" , when the recipient receive it is still folded Poslaju , posdaftar, normal post all the same - the postman just doesn't care Once I used paper cardboard - they also managed to fold Kena use metal sheet ke ? Where to buy ?

Poslaju should have that document specific folder/envelope made out of cardboard... Try that..

gdex/aramex/fedex doesnt fold the envelope...saw my working place using it..supplier sent catalogue or file etc..still in good shape..
