Can anyone explain the usage of the 'G' as well as the microsoft point for?
The Microsoft Points seems very expensive....
What r the 'G' in the gametag for, Those achievment 'G'

The "G" is your gamerscore which represents how much achievement points u have obtained while playing your games. You cant do anything with this numbers, it is just a figure to c how "HARDCORE" u are in the games!
m$ points on the other hand are points that you have to buy in order to download stuff from the Xbox Live Marketplace. Some of the games are pretty reasonable. You should check out Geometry Wars which is going for 400 points.
