Moto G5 Plus
Huawei P10 Lite Asus Zenfone 3 ZE552KL / ZE520KL These are the only ones I could think of in that price range, they're selling cheaper online. |

I see some physical stores selling Lenovo Vibe Shot at rm999... camera is quite good actually, iirc it used the same cam module as Note 4, which was quite good already. but unfortunately, to my taste, the software leaves the result behind the Note 4 (I have both of them). The Lenovo wins on the selfie cam, though.

added...
my other phone is the Xiaomi Mi 5, which has a camera I think (to my taste) is equal to the VibeShot. You can probably find this on sale for around 1k. While camera wise I think it's roughly equal to VibeShot, the rest of the spec is much better (well, except for "no microSD slot" thing)... |

IMHO, no OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) then not a good camera phone.
And not much phones below RM1000 have OIS and least Android 6.0 at the same time. Asus Zenfone 3 ZE520KL Asus Zenfone 3 ZE552KL HTC One X9 - I personally not having a good image toward this brand |

Huawei P10 Lite for me personally, not only the design of the phone looks much minimal and cleaner, the performance and camera capability is better too.

Can consider the Huawei Nova 2i which will gonna be launch soon. Huawei did quite good on their camera feature, x2 front camera x2 rear camera and only RM 1299.00!

For good low light camera smartphone you are better of with the Sony XA1 (f2.0 apperture but with relatively big sensor at 1/2.3") or maybe any of the current Samsung J5 or J7 series with the f1.7 apperture lens or even the Oppo F5 at f1.8 for main camera but not sure about the sensor size. On my research recently I found out that most of the cheap mid range dual camera smartphone kinda fall apart in low light high ISO situation. Especially the Nova 2i and the Honor 7X. Basically you would want the lowest f number you can have paired with the biggest sensor you can find for example a 1/2.3" sensor. Your reference would be the Flagship of Samsung the Note 8 which has a f1.7 and 1/2.5" sensor size. Cheers.....

QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Oct 9 2017, 11:44 AM) Can I know why zenfone 3 is better than any zenfone 4, I mean zenfone 4 has dual 13+5mp , 1080p30fps video record, 4100mah battery, quad core 1.4ghz (ok kinda slow) but hey you can get this below rm 750. And if you're too sad, you can just diy the phone to look like iphone 8 lmao.Rate 1-10 |
