It was shot using JPEG. Somehow i love warm shots but during the time the 1st 2 pics were taken the sunlight is directly towards them.

Photography is not only about expression and posing ... it's about exposure, how you EXPOSE the image, CREATING an image which captures the eyes of the viewer. Work on your exposure, i.e what's the correct colour, White Balance, highlights and shadow. If you notice, 90% of the C&C you got here are based on problems with your choice of colour and exposure, they're either over or underexposed, mostly under exposed. What turns people off is bad exposure and colour, everything else aside. You won't have any problem with colour IF you're using film, haha!

Never EVER shoot in a rush, even a professional will fumble. Shooting in a rush creates tension and stress, which makes things even worst if you're still learning photography. The result? Garbage. Sorry if I am a little hard ... I am telling you all this based on experience so I am firm and confident with what I say, these are not '2 cents' where I just babble without facts and experience ... I've been there, had the worst, and done that.
