Slow port out from umobile, super slow

i start porting out from umobile on wednesday but until now still havent receive the good bye msg and umobile line still active customer service told me it shall be done within 24 hours but after the time frame passed, they told me to wait for 3-5 working days
i thought mnp is fast these days? or just umobile try to delay and retain customer? anyone port out from umobile recently can share your experience?
