WTF!!!!! My 360 just got 3ROD...n i've been taking care of it better than i took care of my gf...f**k B***h.....

i've checked the error code...it's error 0102...n i've went thru this thread and it's the error code which (so far) can be fixed using the x-clamp thingy....my console is 9 mths old by the way...i bought it on Gamer's Hideout soft opening day along wh Zeliant and Imsiebel IINM....i've read this whole thread n it's a pain in the ass to send the thing back to SG based on what Verced went thru....

so i've decided to try with the x-clamp operation n void the warranty....go to H*** wh MS warranty...if it cannot be fixed i'll retire from gaming for a while...i cant do the operation myself cos i'm very not technically fluent...i just know how to use but dunno about the ins n out of the system i'm using....in short i'm a computer dummy

Huhu!!! I just got my new 360 from Djinn!! thanks a lot boss..u really are the greatest 360 retailer in Msia...

i nvr expected Djinn to ask me just now "do u want ur new machine now?"...i was like "huh?? can arr??"...i thought hv to wait one week or sthg to get my new 360!!! damn blur la me...

I pity u la boss cos of this 3ROD...the fact that u claiming the warranty is no gain no loss for u n u still do it for ur customers really is a noble effort man....trust me word spreads around n if u continue to do this more future sales will be coming in n $$$ will come ur way....u've just unlocked the "customer retention" and "customer satisfaction" achievement...

my 360 kena 3ROD again...my 2nd unit....lucky still under warranty. here's my history:

1st unit:
Purchase date: September 2006
3ROD date: 5/5/06

2nd unit (one to one exchange from GH)
Replacement date: 6/5/07
3ROD date: 10/8/07

both of them hv the same symptoms before 3ROD comes:
a) screen freezes during gameplay
b) disc drive getting noisier when it's nearing 'death'
c) 'dirty or scratched disc' error message during gameplay although my discs are scratch free
d) console is hotter than the usual 'hotness'

so there it is....really wish MS could buck up n rectify their quality issue...altho mine is still under warranty it's still depressing when I see the 3 blinking 'friends'....good luck to everyone with your console...i'm definitely the unlucky one...my attrition percentage is 2 out of 2 i.e 100% ....sigh...
