Hi Guys,

My box also kena 3ROD-ism. How do I check for the error codes again?

Anyway back to your question,

Hold the sync button on your console, then press eject.
The lights will show you the 1st error number.

4 lights blinking = 0
1 lights blinking =1
2 lights blinking = 2
3 lights blinking = 3

Still holding the sync button, press eject again and the 2nd error code will appear.
So press the eject button 4 times you will get the full error code.

Press it the 5th time and the 3ROD will be back.

Just wondering, has any1 here claimed a 1-to-1 exchange warranty b4?

Mine is already out of the standard 1year coverage, but hope to be able to swap a unit with extra sinks and all that.

Anybody care to share a little?

I dont mind to go down to SG over the Merdeka weekend. Thanks.

I got my reference number d. And it only takes them 5 working days. They might have improved on the timing.

Get a some1 you know to call up the 800 number for the customer support. Tell em all you got 3ROD to cut to the chase, and provide them your serial number and other stuff like address, contact etc.

They will then provide you with a Reference number for service. They told me to give them a processing time of 5 days.
