How long can the Xbox 360 survive, after the x-clamp replacement fix ?
Any idea ? Will the x-clamp replacement fix be a permanent solution ?

by the way, luckily i didn't sell my x360 when it's 3rod the other day....hehehe.

Anyone can repair my 360 broken GPU?

Can go dashboard but cant play any games. As soon as i start the game it'll get the crash screen and yeah thats it. but the 3RoL wont appear tho.

Crap.... I think my 360 finally kicked the bucket. Tengah sedap2 racing Forza 2 and then suddenly the whole screen turns into a purplish hue. 1 red light, bottom right hand quadrant, Error E74

My 360 repaired but rosak again,
after few weeks, the gameshop ppl call me and ask me to collect it.
They said they put a new "CHIPSET" that control or maximise the fan speed so the hot wind will out easier...is that true ?? i have to pay extra RM60 to get this new chipset !!!

guys, do you know this kind of BRAND new Chipset that control or speed up 360's dual  fan ??

(Do they really PUT this chipset or simply say something in order to cover their repair cost ?? coz i never pay them ..)

well, i kept asking them but they give me empty promises..
first when i send it back for repair, they say definitely less than a week to fixed, and they will put my machine as priority as i just bought it 4days and got 3ROD symptoms. Then after a week has past, still not fixed, i call them they say is with the technician, mine is fixing..then waited another 1 week, now still no news. i really hate people that cant keep to their words...even if u tell me Sir, we need 2-3 weeks, then i will know is 2-3weeks, you F**KING tell me less than a week, then u tell me fixing adi, 2-3 more days, and now i've waited i dont even remember how long adi..WHAT THE F**CK?

And when i asked him what is wrong with the machine and what are you gona fix?he say we gona change the chipset?huh???got such thing? what i wanted to know is whether they are using the "Xclamp" method.

Just to let those who dont know my story, i bought it for less than a week, played less than 1 hour, bought the special edition with 2 free games and 2 wireless controller...then got 3ROD, crazy right?

im sorry people, im REALLY MAD AT THE SHOP "MAXPLUS" I BOUGT IT FROM SUMMIT.PLEASE NEVER EVER GO THERE AND BUY ANYTHING!!i tell you why i say this ok? usually i never say bad abt shops but this shop they are all very bad at their servicing, you bring your machine back to them, is like my fault?they are damn rude and dont give much a damn about you after you bought it.i bought it there because it was near my house.

I notice that error 0020 is actually the GPU problems..

And mostly it won't heat up faster then the CPU.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to "cooked" the GPU....

I am not sure how Bernard deal with this 3RoL problem but I think he doesnt provide a 1-to-1 exchange but he would be sending it over to SG to claim warranty. I think he will be charging for the cost of sending the console there too.

1 thing i am sure of is GamersHideout do provide a 1-to-1 exchange warranty

Yea, i can understand how you feel bro. I mean having the symptoms surfacing, and yet it is still showing green. I bet that you feel worried more than after you hit it right..

Still i am having some problems with a post fixed console again *I always land myself in this kind of situation dealing with POST-FIXES, how i wish people would just send it for x-clamps replace right away after 3RoL other than seeking other way to get it booted up*
So i will be working on it for the meantime while waiting the arrival of your machine

Have some confidence bro, if you have never touch your console after the 3RoL hits, or sent it for any repair, the chances of revival is very high.

There's a probability that all this hooplass got to do with the temp sensor. Tot's noticed that his "newly revived" 360's fans are spinning fast, as compared previously. His take was that this revert problems didn't happened to Judge coz his console has modified fan done by Metalgrind. Proofs!! He just noticed it happens to another "newly revived" console own by none other...you!!
