You need to go to maxis center to convert your account to one prime. no charges.Assuming that your fiber is already up and running.

I recently have a bad experience dealing with service outage due to damaged fiber. It took almost two weeks for the technician for a home visit and once they concluded that the fault was due to damaged fiber (from the exchange to my house) they asked me to get an external contractor to replace the cable at my own cost which isn't cheap, I might add. The 4G backup doesn't help as LTE reception in my house is quite bad. 2 bars and frequently jumping to 3G.
Does anyone have any experience dealing with damaged fiber cable? Is this normal? |
