probably typo but its 144hz.

to answer your question, yes (at least for me). in game i no longer have screen tear. smooth wise i dont see much different. maybe cause i cant achieve solid 144fps all the time in newer game.

Higher refresh rate reduce motion blur. Very helpful and obvious.

Those sync thing remove tearing without lag.
