May i know what is the cost to relocate toilet & bathroom ( move around 10 feet from original location )

Toilet/bathroom is located at ground floor ( double storey house )

Not connected to upstairs toilet.My unit is intermediate .I want to move guest bath to utility 1 room

i bet you havent got the keys to your house yet?
the utility area is too narrow and small for anything. even the ceiling height is a problem
the other question is do you really want to dig up your whole house just to relocate this bathroom?

Depending where the manhole locate, My guess will be around 15-20k range. You need to dig the floor for proper pipe relocation.

If the floor plan is to scale, then I see no problem in term of size.

Yes, I would say the main factor affecting the cost for this case is the location of the manhole.
This guest bath is not connected to any vertical stack. The plumbing work involve here would be direct discharge to sewerage main via under ground and tapping of water from laundry.

its under the staircase. i bet its no more than 3 feet wide and the ceiling will be sloping according to the stairs.

He want to relocate to Utility 1 not 2.

I don't know what the cost now. 40-50k sound high. Oh btw you need to get approval from local council too.

Not likely to be 40k. Other than the M&E works, builder works should be
1) Hack existing concrete floor/wall and finishes
2) Excavate a trench to lay the sewerage pipe.
3) Back fill of the trench
4) Cast back the floor and build back the wall (If any) together with the finishes.
5) Hack chasers at wall to lay the water pipe. (Can skip this if you opt for expose pipe)

These should more or less about it.

Any structure change yes. And people usually ignore it because is internal. But once neighbor complain, all work will be stop, and will be fine than apply permit.

How much the cost you think ?

Should be as what weikee estimated 15-20k.

but if you move the toilet, then guests would have to walk through your entire kitchen... and also your sidai baju area. all your guest will see your hanging undies haha. or if you open the door via the room, then have to go through the bedroom.

Is the sewage inspection manhole outside in the backyard or within the back of the house?

But you know la, OPAR price can be very unpredictable.

If you plan to do other renovation the toilet relocation maybe cheaper. Also take note of the permit and process these also need monies.
