My friend paid booking and at rumawip website already approve. So fast 2 weeks only. Waiting for ballot date.

I understand from the procedure you should apply for loan within 30days right? And now you can do balloting already. But my friend say no news for that. Is there any problem going on or what.

No I am not, as mentioned in previous post, I went to AK headquarters to enquire, they referred me to their sales agent.
Honestly I am very against the collection of booking fee as it is illegal. Until now I still don't understand why Jabatan Perumahan Negara is not doing their job to enforce this law. Do refer to my post below:

Hi..Im new here.. related to my concern.. I received approval from urusetia rumawip layak ditawar for residensi riamas project. i paid the 15k booking fees thru agent to the developer. Currently waiting for balloting session since cmco started. Can i suggest we have telegram group for those who succesfully obtained their approval from KWP for Residensi Riamas project? So we can exchange the infos there. Just a small opinion.
