Most of OKR are freehold. Of coz some agent might tell you leasehokd is not big problem n u wont stay there more than 99 years bla bla. But freehold always have better appreciation value than leasehold in long run. Of coz freehold might slightly expensive than leasehold n depend individual preference n budget.
