Petronas card sold out already. Think to buy one tonight hope will restock soon

Same case like me bought robot vacuum lazada worth RM 249.50 after used LZDAPP20 voucher -RM30 even it already stated the item not eligible for voucher but I just tried and it worked. Status shipped but Poslaju tracking number provided not valid. Everyday chat with them sometimes call asking for refund if can't deliver my item but they keep give excuse like need to confirm with seller first or case pass to relevant department. If no refund confirmation till end of this week, I want to contact bank and ask for dispute this case because I used CC when bought this item.
