Yup paid thru m2u but they are not credited top up to my account yet. Usually 1minit already top up. But this one must be got problem.

Anyone facing top up hotlink , paid but never receive SMS saying the number is being topped up. I tried yesterday and today both time never receive top up. Already spend like 70 ringgit but never receive any top up. Number is correct. After return from FPX saying processing processing but waiting never ends.

You know their warehouse at Kuching. Totally no Signage..
The driver give me Google map directions . Arrive at the alley also cannot brain which one is the Ninja Van company. Ask the people who work beside them also say dunno. Last last saw a small piece of A 4 paper with a ninja Van logo LaMINATED stuck on side of a door. No cars no van No ninja. Motosikal pun tiada. SO call manager come out after the driver call him to stand outside baru I know their location.

I got buy one thing delivered by them once before.

The system will send you a SMS saying some "ninja" will send your parcel to you today if it is to be delivered that day. Contact number I dont have , I only have the number of driver and manager , which is of no use if your parcel is not in Kuching. Usually the driver will call you if he dont know your place .

Lazada usually use GDex. Dunno why suddenly switch to NinjaVan. NinjaVan is recruitingvdrivers thru Mudah here in Kuching meaning they are still at setting up stage. Already all lazada order goes out to them . Must be a spinoff of Lazada or something. Fat water don't drain to others field.?

This morning. After lowyat.net reported lazada is having problems . I try use my voucher that they refund me as Store Credit for top up to do top up again.

1) the Voucher after apply it says Fully Redeemed
2) I try top up using EZWELCOMEMYRJZE7L and go thru FPX and changed 23.50 ringgit from my account ，after that the processing straight away say "oops, your top up did not process correctly please contact us at bla...Bla....Bla..."

You can forget about 11.11 if it continues like this.
