Anyone got any idea how to bloody contact skynet?

My item still not arrived since last week.. tried calling them numerous time but noone pickup also mad.gif mad.gif

apparently they tried to deliver twice. but i never got a notification or call from them to say anything like they cant deliver or something bangwall.gif
