recently used lazada apps to buy petronas card. Already 4 times my transaction never recorded by shopback..have to make request to investigate..

anyway, no discount code is in shopback website. And i use the same code to buy other stuff but it is registered. So i guess it is more on seller part. For wise pay prepaid reload, once my shopback register my purchase I know my prepaid just got top upped. The petronas seller didnt confirm the product like what wise pay did probably.

good for u.. 7 of my petro card is not register.. so i just report it via nissing cashback.. usually will get back at the end of the day.. but just not senang hati when my cashback is not register immediately

to explain the petro card:

1) you can pump ron 95 or 97..
2) pump till 80 then stop and swipe again to pump the rest
3) the pump will auto stop when ur credit inside card finish. means you will not over pump.
4) although it says can buy things inside the kedai mesra with the card but that also depend on the petrol station. sometimes they will not accept the card at different station.
5) i think minimum pump is rm1 ? because i try before pump just rm 1 to check the balance inside the card.
6) i am not sure whether u can check the balance with the counter but i thikn you can since u can reload the card at the counter once u used up.

no..you cant.. no tng logo there and it is already explain in the q&a of the product

actually lazada express quite considerate. I send petrol card to 2 places. 1 they use skynet which is walking distance from the location and another is nationwide which is also 5 min driving away from the location.

as long as we get our non-damaged parcel with correct item inside. yesterday when i open the petrol card big envelopei cant find the card at first.. i am shocked..mana tau it stuck on the corner of the envelope have to look for it carefully because it is blocked by many piece of paper..kesian the seller have to answer so many questions because they are too lazy to flip thru q&a to find their answer..

this time around lazada decided to troll all those hunting for 12% ppl by releasing a 13%

appmcs13 max rm 50.. heck u can even go to ur lzd apps and check the notification.. i dont think appmcs15 is valid thou

probably is the merchant that deny ur cashback. is already traced but fail meaning merchant doesnt wanna pay u.. lazada for my case always pay me.. and even not traced will be eventually traced and given cashback..

Got all my pending kicked to rejected. Nice.. what does it meant by not activated properly.. We already report it with the order number and the full email content.. They can definitely double check with lazada. Is lzd getting stingy on the cashback

i think he refer to few days ago or the 11street visa.. bcuz his item not yet arrive.. ur 4 days redeemable should be august purchase.

I used browser to purchase petrol card, at browser will show my order but in apps show i have no purchase. So i think better use browser to buy rather than use apps.

and now my browser not showing.. but anyhow, if you use the order confirmation email to open it, then u can see it is inside. I dont mind it doesnt show as long as i get my item

and again my another purchase show no order details.. but using order confirmation email to check it will be there. so i guess nothing to worry about.. still can check the status

does ur order purchase can be viewed on apps/browser or just receive order confirmation only

no.. what i meant is that does ur order show in the apps or browser? today alot ppl complain after payment but order cant be seen
