its normal for them to cheat consumer like us. I had bought one item, they sent me the faulty one. The item alone cost about RM40. I ask for full refund, they ask me go to pos office which I cant make it because i usually go to work at very early and back very late. I request lazada courier agent come to collect from me but the refused and they offer me RM10 voucher as compensation. I told the lazada agent at least compensate me with RM30 voucher but the agent dont want to make it and challenge me go to report this case.
pos office at shopping mall open 7 days 10-6pm nowadaysto proof it was faulty goods must be sent back
else buyer would b suspicious of being the cheater
