I place using bank direct debit would they refund ?

Last night i bought 2 item then didn't show up in my order but bank already charge. I can confirm its a successful purchase but my bad for not copying down the order number because i reach the page to key in my BigID

Contact with their customer support say will revert to Finance Department to refund.

Now thinking should i rebuy ....if suddenly they found the order then send then i end up got same item.

i also waiting 11.11 for the 2 stupid order that they say cannot find want refund ....
