bought some item from Lazada on the 4th Oct,
on the description should arrive 4th-9th Oct, till now didnt arrive. on my orders page shows item shipped but no other information given, email tracking number also didnt give. I email bising2 to them. Got 35% of the item value sorry voucher from them. feels a bit better now. |

never dealt with ninja van,
but lazada express also problematic.. luckily when i complaint they gave voucher |
