its normal for them to cheat consumer like us. I had bought one item, they sent me the faulty one. The item alone cost about RM40. I ask for full refund, they ask me go to pos office which I cant make it because i usually go to work at very early and back very late. I request lazada courier agent come to collect from me but the refused and they offer me RM10 voucher as compensation. I told the lazada agent at least compensate me with RM30 voucher but the agent dont want to make it and challenge me go to report this case.

i sent them those photos as proof. its so disappointed you know.
