tried my luck to top up digi postpaid using lazada . failed but bank already charged . how long for lazada to refund since the top up is failed ?

they just lmao-ed their way to the pre-prepared reason box and lucky draw a reason which could be anything from "we dont have stock" to "our office cat died so we emo and no send u item"

they can simply cancel with any bullshit reason, I kena once and force to re-buy the item at much higher price. as the offer period has ended, no choice,
