So far my order still tack and deliver correctly. But already stop shopping at Lazada as not worth the risk and effort to deal with them if got issue (unless got KAW KAW code maybe will consider takenthe risk).

Give the direct kpdnkk officer a call, say lazada didnt do anything also after they send the email, why they no respect kpdnkk? Question them, then they will rage and take action.

3 times i did the return. All 3 i requested refund via voucher instead of cash. All kaotim within 5-7 working days after they have received the items.

If you use Ninja Van, make sure to follow up with Lazada because some Ninja Van will not collect those stuffs unless they were told to.

paypal refund very fast...if lazada no respond...raise dispute in paypal....and if lazada no respond.on the dispute...paypal will reverse the whole payment.
