Does anyone know the topup limits to a single DiGi prepaid number for Lazada’s Mobile Recharge service?

I could not find any information about this in their Terms & Conditions.

The one below is from Laz TH:
2.2. Notwithstanding that a Customer is an Eligible User, the Service may not be used within ten minutes from an earlier transaction. The Service may only be used up to a maximum of two (2) times per day, three (3) times in a consecutive seven (7) day period, or five (5) times in a consecutive thirty (30) day period in respect of each pre-paid mobile account; and subject further to a maximum top-up value of $250 for each pre-paid mobile account over a consecutive thirty (30) day period. Lazada reserves the right to reject any use of the Service if any of the above limits are exceeded or will be exceeded. Lazada reserves the right to reject any use of the Service if any of the above limits are exceeded, at its sole discretion.

Yeah, I already emailed them this morning but no reply yet. I hope reloading to the same prepaid number is not a problem. We're all postpaid, 4 of us. This is the only prepaid number that we have and we all use it occasionally.

What else rm100++ stuff that syok can buy in lazada?

Update: Managed to topup RM30
Update2: Topped up another RM30 (Total RM90 for today, try one more)
Update3: Tried to topup one more RM30 but failed. This would have been the 4th topup and would have pushed the total to RM120 in the last 24hrs.


So the limit is 3 topups a day and/or maybe a RM100 limit.

Lazada remembers the number so it can't be bypassed by topping up as guest.
