i used the Petronas Petrol card, it stop at RM80. suppose RM100 value in the card.

Not likely a spy, even the lazada staff knew it was glitch, they cant simply change the price. The price is set by the seller.
Most probably someone bought it, the seller aware it was wrong pricing then correct it immediately

Why is it that the Petronas card got stock thru Lazada desktop but out-of-stock thru APPS? Wanted to use APPMCS13+shopback via Lazada Apps.
