Hi all sifu here,
I wish to create an application( PC base, Wins 10).
The function of the application is to store data and do calculation with those data.
It is better to have interface button to allow me to key in and extract data.
May I know how to make this application? I have no idea
Is it i should use MYSQL and PHP?
*
You can use Java Swing + MySQL.

I suggest ASP.Net CORE using C#, Razor MVC and MongoDB. I have found this reliable, manageable, and much better than "old school" straight-up PHP MySQL.

All the best.
