I frequently went to market and can easily recognised quality of anchovies used in the bun..
Delicia use good quality bilis. Perhaps above Rm35 per kg, if get it from NSK. All bilis used by Delicia are even in size and thickness.. bun also soft.
Top baker use low quality anchovies. Probably around Rm25 per kg only.. Low quality bread too. Kena prepare mineral water..
