When up genting I feel the car very powerful strong pickup even with 2k-2.5k rpm, probably due to cold air.

QUOTE(curaptz @ Oct 3 2017, 05:52 PM) wanna ask sifus... If tint outside power window spoil due to installation for sure void warranty. It is like you screw up the car outside but expected able to claim warranty free from SC. If SA tint they would still sent to internal or outside workshop panel but at least if anything spoil the responsible will still under the SC that the SA belongs to. Personally I tint outside myself for best value money.u guys purchase the car with tint package or tint outside? the sales advisor keep telling me tint outside would void warranty....hurmmm |

QUOTE(core9design @ Oct 7 2017, 09:34 AM) Hi everyday, I'm a new proud owner of Hmm shouldn't the SA prep the car nice and clean before hand over key to you?1.5 TC-P Modern Steel Metallic 1) However, 1st day upon receiving the car and drove back home, discovered ants nest on both sides of the doors. The sales guy said due to melaka plant, they park new stock out in the open and maybe parked under a tree..... Sigh..... in the end he jus put some powder around the doors ( i belive they created nest inside the doors also!) 2) However, I like to ask, anybody here has installed Ultra racing bars? like at the engine hood or rear below the tyres?. My previous car had ultra racing bars, and when I took corner on civic, i really feel I need those stabilising bars again!... I'm just worried about warranties if theres any disputes with HM |

QUOTE(aviecena2020 @ Jan 3 2018, 12:21 AM) For body kits if it is modulo from outside shops mostly won't fit 100% and require drill holes, double tape and rubber line, while original Honda has fitting front, rear and replacing whole skirt. Window tint get Honda or outside also same see your preference, you may need to spent effort on research what tint they gonna use if you think if is worth or not. |

QUOTE(inodekira @ Jan 10 2018, 03:35 PM) Thanks alvin. If getting bodykits outside you need to pay attention if the bodykit offered is fitting design. Mostly need rubber line to fit the gap so better check if you fine with the quality offered, could be what you pay and what you get.For the sake of warranty I am only installing the spoiler at Honda as it requires drilling and wiring.getting the rest of the bodykit outside.Saves me about ~RM1200. As for the tint I am still checking what others have used for their car without causing any issues to the power window. and yeah that Utility package is a no go, Is there is any sort of list what people often get for their car like you mentioned ? QUOTE(Kuku Bird @ Jan 11 2018, 08:00 PM) Hi all Civic Sifus! Do you guys find the new Honda Civic is bumpy? Depending on what car you change from, Honda car suspension is a bit hard than other Japanese brands. If comparing with Merc and BMW then Civic suspension is feel lot more bumpy, if comparing with other lower segment cars then Civic it is a lot stable and comfort.Have tested the car last week but the distance was very short and in the housing area so couldn’t feel that, need feedbacks from you all. |

Is either you already include all together on first time or add on later which they should sent you the endorsement. Do double confirm with SA which case are you.SA say done but won't get any doc. |

QUOTE(faiz911 @ Mar 13 2018, 02:12 PM) Thanks for the advice! Should not be oem and depending on their supplier the body kit may exactly same require extra rubber lining add glue and drill hole to fit it. So better check actual picture of the body kits installed on car itself if you plan to install it.On that note i have survey a few shops and the price range is between 1-2k++.. anyone know what’s the difference?? All shops claim to be oem.. |

QUOTE(Suria Kumar @ Mar 20 2018, 06:23 PM) Guys, a quick question...i got my new TC-P tinted about more than a month ago, I notice the rear windscreen is glaring, specially at night frm rear vehicle’s headlight (it looks like the lights are dispersed through the demister lines)...(attached picture)....brought the car to the tinted shop to check and the guy told me its common for civic due to the windscreen’s design...before i push for replacement, just wana check if others face the same issue...thanks... Same here the light look dispersed on demister line, i'm using 3m crystalline and the tint shop told me the same. |

QUOTE(xmarcox @ Mar 27 2018, 05:25 PM) Did you acquire the tint offered by honda or from other shop? Will it cost me lower if i buy from outside? I tint outside 3m authorized shop by myself, if go through SA they will settle everything for you but there will be some markup coz it is part of service they offer, people also want cari makan |

Was thinking about how D + brake hold compare to normal brake + N gear during traffic jam too. Wonder if I should just put the gear to N + brake hold after complete stop but that's feel bit awkward.

I did the diffuser change and exhaust tips extend. The diffuser are mostly just for look however the exhaust tips extend does need to bend or cut the metal passing through and after extend you will feel that your car is more quiet than before (less exhaust grooonnnnn sound) since the tips is now facing bit out of car instead on rear below.

QUOTE(KnightSports @ May 16 2018, 02:21 PM) Haha, you caught me. I always confuse Hyundai and Kia models. Actually not only you, I was under same impression that kia = Hyundai few years back. Not sure why the branding confusion happened. But you know Hyundai owns Kia also right? So, i am 33% right when i say it is a Hyundai Optima GT. |
