I'm more interested to know what the 2nd hand sales man say about 1.5 Turbo problems

1.8- 4k, tc- 8k and tcp- 10k

I totally lost my faith with this brand.

Today i brought my car for 2nd mandatory service (10k), i left my car there, went home, then a couple of hours later they called me to go back to the service center because "there is a problem"...

They got my car in an accident. The right rear-side, behind the back door and the rear fender got wrecked by one technician.

I can't believe i spent money buying anything from this brand.

i was there yesterday to replace my steering rack, the SA was there chit chatting with me. casually mentioned how civic owners mod their cars very nicely but when comes to claim warranty, headache.

he mentioned "kalau tukar rim, memang tak kasi claim steering rack". i found this particularly annoying (even tho i have stock rims), so i asked him "is it official? mentioned anywhere?" and he changed the tune and said "oh... takde la... kalau betul mau claim just tukar balik rim ori..."
i did ask "who has the final say? does the mech even know if the rims are the cause of rack issue?", he said naturally "honda will listen to their staff"

btw, how do we know if they really changed the parts they claimed to change ar? coz i can still hear the steering rack clicking sound
