Original spoiler i believe comes with harness so there is no splicing of wires. Outside i believe mostly will just splice cos it is easier and cheaper.

I have mine installed but not the brake lights. I bought a harness from taobao prior to this but the socket was wrong.

Now, trying an alternative one and see if it works. If the socket is correct, this allows the original female socket that plugs into the brake light to interface with this harness so a bare wire can be joined together with the spoiler brake lights. It also if i am not wrong allows the original brake lights behind the rear windscreen to function at the same time.

In light of recent theft activity, I’ve decided to install Connex (tracking device).

Initially wanted to install direct from Honda, but my dealership didn’t have stock for it, so had to resort to installing after market. I got the contact from my SA.

Initial thoughts of it, swift response from the SOC when you don’t have the driver tag with you when you start the ignition and start to drive.

You will get a notification for when the ignition is started, then when you start to move, you get another sms and notification from the app. After 1 min, the SOC will call up to check with you whether your car is with you or not, if it isn’t, they will proceed to track it and liaise with the police.

Whole thing is RM1980 inclusive of 2 driver tags, and one year subscription fee.

Renewing the subscription fee is another RM360 per year.

If you’re afraid of your car being stolen, I’d recommend installing this .

Very soft on outside of the car.

Quite loud/annoying inside the car.

Alarm will automatic stop and button indicate red blinking after it sound off a while for ultrasonic & tilt detector alarm.

got the clear advantage bosch wiper set. works well. better than the honda ones. price around rm35 including delivery. honda rm80.

Thanks, that's what my gut feeling says too. It's always easy to pay someone and have things added on. Removing it later on without a trace for warranty purposes might be tough...

Anyone experienced front right of the car somewhere near suspension or wheel well where there’s a soft clunk sound when going over small imperfections in road like auto gate rail? Mine started doing this recently but couldn’t isolate what’s causing it
