Today I park my car outside. Heavy rain without thunder and my car alarm went off few times. Is that normal ?

One noob question to ask. Do I have to go the same SC to service everytime ? Or I can simply go to the other SC every service ? Is their record sync ?

Hi all, anyone air cond got some weird sound when open ? Sound like boiling water , and the air cond noise is very loud outside .
