Finally got my 1.5TC civic last tuesday after 2 month waiting..its a WOP with modulo kit,and just done tinting and coating today at ceramic pro..my question is,does anyone here had trouble of claiming ur warranty with honda after done tinting other than from honda itself..cause my SA keep scaring me to void my warranty cause i done tint outside..or does it depends on SC?

QUOTE(JshyanL @ Dec 21 2017, 09:48 PM) It is all depend on whether the SC want to help you or not. So far the case I heard is, I understand that, but let say for example theres nothing happening to the car after tinted..but then next 2-3 months *touch wood* the car cannot been start due to some electrical issue/battery..so theres possiblity my warranty will not be valid? Is it affect the particular electronics that happen to linked with tinted or the whole car warranty including engines etc?1st. Car fail to start after tinted because the guy who install it didn't do all the necessary preparations before instalation and spray water like no tomorrow. You know what happen next. 2nd. After tinted, the radio can't receive any frequency. What happen next?? Same... What your SA told you is the truth because I already call Honda Malaysia HQ to check with them. So as the conclusion is really all depend on whether the SC want to close their eye and help you if anything happens. |
