Hi all, would like to know how serious is the steering rack issue? I’ve seen a couple of videos but still unclear about it. Looks like the steering still can turn, just not smooth and with some noise is it?
For those out of warranty, will you still opt to replace it? Or just live with it?

QUOTE(jackytiong @ Apr 19 2024, 04:17 PM) look for the car that changed the rack lo I thought those that changed before, has higher tendency to have it recur versus one that never happened before

Saw this car at used car lot. Is this window rubber prone to crack? This car is only 4 years old. Attached thumbnail(s)

For higher mileage 1.5 turbo, is it normal to jerk more compared to new? When stepping on gas at low speed. To the point passenger also can feel it. For comparison, my house got a honda jazz gk5 cvt, it doesnt jerk like this.

QUOTE(berann @ Apr 10 2020, 09:29 PM) You have to check where the water leak into your trunk. Mine is from left top. I pull out that portion , clean and install back.. and added another rubber shown in the pic Lazy go SC complain. minor minor problems like this & rattling sound I always diy & solve Found this old post. Did yours leak through this boot latch area and into the spare tyre well? Im not sure how to pinpoint the source, cuz I see only the latch area wet. Is there a way to turn on/off the auto dimming function of the rear view mirror? I can’t find any button. Only found this in the manual. Mine seems to have stopped working, wonder if i mistakenly switched it off. Attached thumbnail(s)
