QUOTE(alvinrenren @ Nov 10 2017, 05:20 PM) I think this has been answered before. I called their HQ to get more information about this matter, they told me if I want to apply it my self, I have to get recognition letter from them if not even though is a trusted brand, it will still void the warranty so I kinda confuse here. LolHonestly this has got to be the most ridiculous thing ever said by Honda if they say tint ourselves will void warranty. Answer is no. |

QUOTE(nadeng1987 @ Nov 12 2017, 09:31 PM) Just paid booking fee for 1.5TC at PJ Honda Showroom. Very nice SA and rebate as well! Just get silver for long term. Hahahaha. ETA would be early December. Can't decide whether or not to opt for White or Lunar Silver. Anyhow, any suggestion for body coating services for the Civic? I think you better ask your SA how many people waiting for silver or white because if you can't take get 2017 car, bye bye 7k rebate. This post has been edited by JshyanL: Nov 15 2017, 08:33 AM |

QUOTE(mx007 @ Oct 8 2017, 10:48 PM) I thought only the TCP got 8 speakers whereas the rest only 6? Same here, I cant hear the wind sound coming from my driver side window when drive above 100km/h. Do you fix the problem??LED headlamp in market can get 2.2k with eagle eye right? not original but still shows the same look except this comes with sequential signal. Any of you experiencing high windnoise coming in from door at above 130km/h ? |

QUOTE(Sh@rty 5 @ Nov 23 2017, 11:37 AM) those are what we call sound damping, blue, gold, black or silver Do you apply the top insulator to your car? How is the result? I can't stand the "wind noise" cause by the aerodynamic at the side mirror when drive above 110km/h. sound damping main purpose its to make the door solid & rigid, eliminating / reducing door metal vibration don't have to spent too much on it, go for entry level ones will do, save up & get the second layer sound insulation done on top to further insulate exterior noise from entering |

QUOTE(karichiken @ Nov 23 2017, 09:35 PM) I got a new Civic 1 month old. Dashboard rattling. Wrote to HM to help. Service advisor from Ambang Botanic called. I explained to him the rattling happens on rough road or when I drive above 100Km/h. He told me they must test the car to replicate the problem but can only drive up to 90Km/h because Kesas Highway speed limit is 90KM/h. !@#$%^& My SA ramp up to 150 to listen the wind sound I complaint. LolI don't think he is serious about solving the problem, just give some excuse to get ride of me. And this is not the first time I face bad service from these "Honda" service centers. Anyone knows of any service center that you take complains seriously? |

QUOTE(Intel Core i7 @ Nov 24 2017, 11:07 PM) Guys, Just want to ask this. Did you turn off the traction control when using the spare tyre??Last Week, I lost control of my car after running over a metal/cement debris. My car trye burst in the accident. I changed to spare tyre but was not able to drive my car due to electronic error. I brought my car to a SC and they helped me to reset and was able to drive the car for few KM and stopped in the middle of the road again. The issue is when i press gas, the car doesn't move Had to bring in my car to other SC, Today they came with a report saying that Unable to claim insurance for the gearbox since no external damage visible to the gearbox. Was also told that they will do pressure test to confirm the issue and try to claim the warranty. Anyone experienced the issue before? Any idea what could be the issue? 1.8 Model. |

QUOTE(f5calvin @ Nov 28 2017, 07:54 AM) Finally gt ppl replied me haha. Depend on how long you going to use your car. If you planning to change your car in 4 or 5 years, polish and wax will do. If you are using your car for long term, is worth it to coat your car because if you polish your car constantly the paint will getting thinner. Original paint is better than repaint so it is better to protect it rather than repaint. The one I applied come with 5 years warranty, if in the period of warranty you feel the coating is not there anymore, you can bring it back to them and ask them to reapply(FOC). No maintenance needed for ceramic coating. Yeah want more info pls pm me bro I hear some people saying just wax it is better dont have to do coating since it wont last n etc etc Btw checked their fb. They using GYEON Quartz same like regal valet Mind to pm me your name and number?? I will ask her to contact you directly. |

QUOTE(Tomtom. @ Dec 5 2017, 09:12 PM) Hello guys, my civic coming out soon, maybe next week 1xxx vs 2xxx. Half year warranty vs one year warranty. Random paint job vs Honda paint job. I get it from Honda because I believe their paint will last longer than outside random paint and Honda using water base paint.(TCP black ) wanna get opinion, should i go modulo package? or buy at any accesories shop. was thinking of getting Ativus or Aerokit ( similar with modulo ). |
