those are what we call sound damping, blue, gold, black or silver
sound damping main purpose its to make the door solid & rigid, eliminating / reducing door metal vibration

don't have to spent too much on it, go for entry level ones will do, save up & get the second layer sound insulation done on top to further insulate exterior noise from entering 

I got a new Civic 1 month old. Dashboard rattling. Wrote to HM to help. Service advisor from Ambang Botanic called. I explained to him the rattling happens on rough road or when I drive above 100Km/h. He told me they must test the car to replicate the problem but can only drive up to 90Km/h because Kesas Highway speed limit is 90KM/h. !@#$%^&
I don't think he is serious about solving the problem, just give some excuse to get ride of me. And this is not the first time I face bad service from these "Honda" service centers.

Anyone knows of any service center that you take complains seriously?

Guys, Just want to ask this.

Last Week, I lost control of my car after running over a metal/cement debris. My car trye burst in the accident. I changed to spare tyre but was not able to drive my car due to electronic error.

I brought my car to a SC and they helped me to reset and was able to drive the car for few KM and stopped in the middle of the road again. The issue is when i press gas, the car doesn't move

Had to bring in my car to other SC, Today they came with a report saying that Unable to claim insurance for the gearbox since no external damage visible to the gearbox.

Was also told that they will do pressure test to confirm the issue and try to claim the warranty.

Anyone experienced the issue before? Any idea what could be the issue?  1.8 Model.

Also, the coating will last and would it be hard to maintain? Read several mixed reviews on this so have to ask you guys
